At Airport Zurich Transfer, we aim to provide exceptional and punctual transfer services tailored to your travel needs. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund and how to request one.

1. Cancellations and Refund Eligibility

  • Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable.
  • No-Show: If the passenger fails to appear at the pick-up location at the scheduled time, no refund will be issued.
  • Flight Delays: In the event of a flight delay, we monitor your flight and adjust the pick-up time accordingly. No additional charges will apply. However, if the delay exceeds 3 hours and we are not informed, a partial or full charge may be applied.

2. Changes to Bookings

  • Booking modifications are subject to availability.
  • Changes requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled time may be accepted without extra fees.
  • Short-notice changes (less than 12 hours) may incur a fee or be declined, in which case the original booking remains valid and subject to the same refund conditions.

3. Refund Processing

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Transaction fees or currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider are non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We reserve the right to issue a full or partial refund in cases of service failure caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Road closures or major traffic disruptions
  • Vehicle breakdowns or technical issues
  • Emergency situations beyond our control
